The Arabic Speaking Union (ASU) is a national institution established by law to promote the Arabic language and culture in Mauritius. Through educational programmes, cultural initiatives, partnerships, and community engagement, the ASU serves as a bridge between Mauritius and the wider Arabic-speaking world. We work to make Arabic accessible, celebrated, and meaningful for learners, educators, and the public.
