The Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in collaboration with, the Arabic Speaking Union (ASU), is organising a Literary and Cultural Encounter for Arabic teachers and A-Level Arabic students.
Theme: Literature as a Bridge
A Literary and Cultural Dialogue: Egyptian and Mauritian Perspectives on Literature, Identity, and Society
The programme will include:
- A first part focusing on Egyptian and Mauritian cultural and literary perspectives
- A second part introducing Tawfiq al-Hakim and his play Shams al-Nahar
