About The Arabic Speaking Union (ASU)

The Arabic Speaking Union (ASU) is a statutory body created under the Arabic-Speaking Union Act to advance the understanding and appreciation of the Arabic language and its rich cultural heritage. As a national institution, the ASU plays a central role in nurturing linguistic competence, fostering cultural dialogue, and supporting academic and artistic initiatives related to Arabic studies in Mauritius.
